About Me

Yay !

I grew up in a fascinating, colorful and peaceful city in western India. More about that here. Twenty some years later, I find myself in the Golden state of  California! You can read more about how that happened here, here and here.
I am a engineer but sometimes I think I’d rather be a cook. Someday, I shall own my own restaurant, tucked away in the corner of some fabulous city. In my mind, I am an artist. Shapes, colors, composition, proportion and symmetry- I see these in everything- be it in the code I write, or the food I make.

Why I Blog ?
I enjoy it, actually. If nothing else, down the road, it helps ME remember what was interesting (or so I thought at the time). I am also beginning to find, especially with technical issues, blogs are a great way to share information. I’m a believer in the concept of knowledge sharing and hope that someone finds something here that’s useful or meaningful to them in their life, job, or whatever.

That pretty well sums me up. For now.
